HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover. International credit cards are not accepted at this time. Please use PayPal as an alternative for International payment.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will ship within 1-2 weeks from the order date. Orders are not shipped over the weekend or on holidays. Note: We will not be liable for delays in shipping caused by external causes (i.e. natural disasters, acts of terrorism, traffic accidents, etc.) or delays caused by the mailing service. We ship to p.o. boxes but not a.p.o. boxes! We use USPS to ship orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

There’s no refund policy all sales are final make sure you are certain that you want to make a purchase before you submit the order!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel any order which has NOT shipped by email at customerservice@9to5world.net. Any shipped order cannot be canceled.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

Refunds only get paid out if there was a system error and the wrong items were shipped on our behalf but not by errors made by the customer.
